Home		Service Rating Sushi Plantation is a local treasure to the Orange County community. This sushi bar/sit-in restaurant employs some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The service rating I'd give for them would be a 10/10 because of the well-prepared meals, fresh food, and efficient workflow. It is an outing that everyone should take. Famous Dish The famous dish of Sushi Plantation would have to be their Sunrise on Avery Parkway roll. This restaurant is located off of Avery Parkway so they decided to give this street a fine legacy. The Sunrise on Avery roll is enriched by its spicy shrimp and crab with avocado inside, wrapped with tuna on the outside, topped with chef's special sauce. It never fails to lighten up one's mood.
